URBAN FOOD SYSTEMS: PARTNERS
I have worked with many community partners for both my Ph.D. research and also because I wanted to participate in the process of establishing, maintaining, and expanding local and urban food systems in my city. These partnerships are one of the most satisfying components of my work and I have credited my community partners in most of my publications and professional presentations.
